3. These dealer partners receive your contact information, credit application details, and vehicle preferences so they can contact you directly about financing options.

You acknowledge and agree that submitting a credit application through Pathway Credit constitutes your express consent to be contacted by our dealer partners via phone, email, text message (SMS), or other means at the contact information you provide, regarding your credit application and vehicle financing options. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of communications from any dealer partner at any time by contacting them directly.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Typically, we retain lead and application data for a period ofup to 7 years to comply with record-keeping requirements under Canadian tax and business legislation.

When information is no longer required, we securely destroy or anonymize it.
